ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please read our full Terms & Conditions before ordering. When you buy something from this website, you agree to follow these rules:

• Check product descriptions and images carefully.
• Some items may look different in pictures than they do in real life.
• Most of our products are custom-made just for you.
• We’ll tell you how long it takes to make them on the product page.
• You’ll get an email confirming your order, and you can see a summary of your orders in your account.
• You have to pay in full for your order when you buy it online.
• In-stock items usually ship within 5-7 business days.
• Once shipped, you can’t cancel your order.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal, and prices are in US Dollars.
• Taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.
• Orders are mostly shipped from Europe.
• We use trusted carriers, and all shipments are insured.
• Parcel shipping is for smaller items, and you’ll get a tracking link once it’s shipped.
• Dedicated shipping is for large or fragile items, and you’ll also get a tracking link.
• Furniture orders come with White Glove Delivery, but we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
• Delivery dates are estimates, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by weather or carriers.
• Products are subject to availability, and you can contact us if there’s a problem with your order.
• Furniture delivery takes about 10-14 business days for in-stock items and longer for custom pieces and Special Order, Made to Order.
• White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery, assembly, and removal of packaging materials.
• It’s your responsibility to make sure furniture fits through doorways and hallways.
• Let us know if you need to delay delivery or have special requirements.
• Special Order items and Made to Order can’t be cancelled or returned unless they’re damaged or defective.
• You can cancel an order that was in stock before it ships, but once it’s shipped, you can’t cancel it.
• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, but the customer pays for return shipping to the Vendor in Europe. You must contact Customer Service to confirm Returns. Please reach out to info@theroomdecor.com to initiate returns.
• Products must be returned in original packaging and condition to the Vendor in Europe.
• Certain items marked as “special order”, “made to order” or “sale” are final sale and can’t be returned. No refunds.
